Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Les still calls the Fredericksburg area home. He has watched "The Burg" transition from a small, sleepy town to a bedroom community of D.C., resulting in tremendous residential and commercial growth. His real estate lessons began while young as he assisted his mother successfully operate her own real estate brokerage; learning the importance of dedication, hard work and client satisfaction. Les began his own career in real estate selling town homes for the Silver Companies in the late 80’s before transitioning into commercial real estate as the Director of Real Estate and Construction for several national chains and private developers across the country. These experiences, paired with Les’s entrepreneurial endeavors (Little Caesars Franchisee) allow him to understand the unique challenges associated in todays real estate world. Les's familiarity with the local market, large network of contacts and experiences in the real estate industry including site selection, construction, new home sales, project management and negotiation; allows him to assist clients in any facet of real estate you may need. Les has officiated high school basketball for the last 20 years. He also enjoys playing tennis and racquetball and contributes these pastimes to his high energy level and ability to work with a sense urgency that matches the needs of each client. He has also demonstrated a commitment to the community by serving on numerous non profit Boards of Directors. Whether you are a business client looking for that perfect location, newlyweds searching for your first home, or are someone simply seeking a change; Les can help you find that newer, hip location in Fredericksburg, a historic home downtown, or even a beautiful spot in a rural area with acreage. He proves to be the perfect real estate partner and even finds time to share some of Fredericksburg’s historic hot food spots such as Allman’s BBQ or Carl’s Ice Cream and guarantees a laugh or two while making the pit stop!
